Shipping at a Glance (UK)

• Processing time: 3–5 working days for most handmade fragrance items.

• Free 48H Delivery (UK): FREE on all items — delivered within 48 hours after dispatch.

• Upgraded Next‑Day delivery (weekday dispatch): £9.95.

 

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched. Handmade products are poured fresh, so allow for making time.

 

Order Processing & Lead Times

• Wax melts, room sprays, and carpet fresheners: Usually dispatch within 3–5 working days.

• Special collections or limited editions: May require a little longer — we’ll confirm by email.

• Orders with multiple items will either ship together or in part-shipments at no extra cost.

Free 48H Delivery (UK):

• FREE on all items

• Typical transit: 48 hours after dispatch (working days).

 

Upgraded Next‑Day (weekdays):

• £9.95 flat rate.

• Orders placed after cut‑off dispatch the next working day.

 

International Shipping

• Available on selected fragrance products.

• Rates:

  • Up to 750g: from £16

  • Up to 2kg: £20

  • 5kg and above: calculated by location (we’ll confirm by email before dispatch)

• Transit times vary by destination and service.

• Customs & import fees: Local duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Returns window: 28 days (see Returns below).

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your fragrances.

Return window:

• UK orders: Return within 14 days of delivery.

• International orders: Return within 28 days.

 

Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition received.

How to return:

1. Email sales@thescentfoundry.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll share the return address.

3. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds/exchanges:

• Processed once items are returned and inspected.

• Refunds issued to the original payment method.

 

Non-returnable items: For hygiene/safety reasons, used wax melts, room sprays, or opened carpet fresheners can’t be returned unless faulty.

 

Damaged or faulty products: Email within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Before dispatch: Contact us quickly to cancel or amend.

• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

How long does delivery take?

All UK orders include FREE 48‑Hour delivery. Orders usually dispatch in 3–5 working days, plus the 48H transit time. Next‑Day delivery is available for an upgrade.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes, choose Next-Day delivery at checkout for eligible items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — starting from £16 depending on weight and location. Import duties/taxes may apply.

Can I return fragrance products if I change my mind?

Yes, provided they’re unused and unopened. See Returns above.

What if my order arrives damaged?

 

Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve quickly.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
