For a long time, I struggled with stress and the pressures of daily life. Some days felt overwhelming, and I found myself searching for small ways to cope—tiny moments that could make things feel a little lighter. One of the things that always helped was scent.

It sounds simple, but lighting a wax melt or spraying a fragrance in the air changed how I felt. A soft lavender calmed me when my head was busy. A fruity, fun scent gave me a lift when I felt low. A warm, cosy aroma made home feel safe when I needed comfort most.
